The Administrative Director’s Office is directly affiliated with the Dean’s Office. It plays a vital role in supervising and coordinating the administrative, financial, and service-related departments within the college as well as with the main departments of Kuwait University. It also participates in the development of strategic and operational plans and administrative and financial policies for the Faculty of Science. The employees of the Administrative Director’s Office are keen and diligent to accurately implement and provide for the needs of the college in a swift manner.
The Administrative Director’s Office has four administrative departments through which it provides its services.
1. The Department of Financial Affairs
2. The Department of Faculty Membership
3. The Department of Human Resources
4. The Department of Services and Follow-up
The Administrative Director’s Office obtained the Administrative Quality Certificate (ISO) (ISO 9001:2015) on 23/11/2019 for a period of three consecutive years, and the certificate was renewed on 10/3/2024 for a period of three years.
The Administrative Director’s Office follows quality standards to promote continuous improvement. It is committed to applying (ISO 9001:2015) in the following ways.

The office seeks to:
• Ensure the satisfaction of customers and other parties.

The office will implement quality policy through:
• Maintaining and updating quality management systems through planning and auditing.
• Encouraging its staff to develop and train on a regular basis.
• Studying potential risks and developing radical solutions to avoid them.
• Granting its staff the necessary powers to assign appropriate responsibilities and provide information to all.
